As part of the CTI platform implementation and application maintenance program, TechneValue also provided Project Management services to coordinate all activities of this project, which began in 2016 and is still evolves thanks to maintenance activities and new concepts.
The activities carried out included continuous discussion with the client and coordination of the various divisions and business entities involved in the project.
The program was divided into 7 projects, some of which were carried out in parallel while others were managed sequentially.
The Project Management people are responsible for planning the activities of the work teams in order to carry out the project releases on time and on budget, they are responsible for organizing and participating in weekly project status reviews with the client where they are asked to report on the progress of the project.
At the same time, they are also responsible for drafting and updating all the Project Management documents required to govern such a long and complex program.
